I’ve noticed that I haven’t blogged in quite a while, but I tend to go through blogging phases based on mood. So what do I have on my mind right now?

BLUE HAIR

I finally got my blue hair extensions after my order came 10 days late! I really like the shade on this one, it’s better than that puke-ish turquoisy-aqua shade. I used to have extensions a long time ago and those ones were a total pain. It was convenient that I could wash my hair with them on and stuff, but had to remove them with special pliers and they would tug on my hair all the time!! Ouch!

So this is what they look like. I was so tempted to take pics of them so decided to take a couple snaps before going off to the mall.

MUSIC

I’m currently so addicted to Placebo! AND Muse hahaha. I always thought that Linkin Park was the awesomest band on Earth, but hey… Muse is better But I should thank Allen for completing the discographies for meeeeeeee!

The song stuck in my mind right now is Julien by Placebo. There’s just something raunchy about that song. I think maybe  it’s the club beat reminiscent of a gay club or it could just be the fact that Brian Molko is singing about a guy (gay sex… yaaaay!).

DORIAN GRAY

For years I have practically evangelised The Picture of Dorian Gray. To me it’s my ‘bible’, so of course when I watched the movie I was totally excited! I must say that the film is beautiful! Stunning cinematography shot in an almost dark, surreal style truly complements the decadence and aestheticism of the Victorian era. Dorian Gray is a movie about immorality so expect a lot of really explicit scenes.

NB: Don’t let little children watch it. And PLEASE don’t watch it with you parents.

*Cringe*

And if you’re a real fan of The Picture of Dorian Gray, I promise you’re going to start trash-talking the film coz… they changed a lot of the story… well added more (it IS a thin book).

He’s going to UCT and I’m going to miss him SO much! I’m currently on a gap year *kicks self*

I’m gonna be so lonely.

I’ll miss both our 18ths.

Our first anniversary.
